Great customer service. No matter the amount of customers or the rudeness from some the staff is always professional and taking care of business efficiently.
I reserved a car online 2 days before picking up. I arrived at 4:45pm because pick up time was 5:00pm, I ended up waiting for my car past 6:00pm because they had ran out of cars and had to go pick up my and another customers car at another location! The office closed and I was still waiting for my car. Finally when it arrived I got a dirty car that was not even washed! The car was really good on gas so that was a big plus..

Very dissapointed with this location. Slow customer service,poor maintenance on cars, new staff not trained well.
